Who needs hot dogs when these grilled sausages are just as easy to prepare?
Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 Vidalia onions, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
12 Colosimo sausages (try mixing different varieties)
Garnish:
Lime Wedges
Preperations:
1. Peel the Peppers and get rid of the seeds. Slice the Vidalia Onions. Saute the Onions first adding the peppers at the very last.
2. Grill sausages, uncovered, turning occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Some like to cut the sausages down the middle, but purists say don't even use a fork so you won't punture the skin. That way you keep all the juices inside. It's your choice.
3. Put the Grilled sausage on a bun and cover with onions and peppers. Try the lime wedges for a real kick.
